Key Responsibilities
- Lead LIMS Implementations: Oversee the implementation process of Scispot's LIMS for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup. Use your biotechnology expertise to customize solutions that meet specific customer needs.
- Understand Customer Workflows: Analyze and understand the unique processes and challenges faced by customers in their daily research activities. Provide expert guidance and solutions that align with their workflows, enhancing their research and development efforts.
- Onboard and Upgrade Accounts: Work closely with engineering and science teams to establish new Scispot accounts and upgrade existing ones. Deliver comprehensive training on newly implemented features, ensuring users can fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
- Engage in Sales Conversations: Participate in sales calls to gain insights into customer needs and challenges. Use this knowledge to inform the onboarding process and ensure seamless adoption of Scispot's LIMS.
- Support Product Launches: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams during product launches. Provide scientific insights to tailor marketing strategies, ensuring successful product reception and adoption.
- Enhance Technology Features: Contribute to cross-functional teams to address technology challenges. Provide feedback from a biotech perspective to guide the development and refinement of features, ensuring they meet client needs.
- Test New Features: Apply your LIMS knowledge to test new and innovative LIMS features. Provide critical feedback to ensure these features add value in real-world applications.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in LIMS implementation, customer success, or a related field in the life sciences sector.
- Extensive background in wet lab practices, with the ability to understand and address the challenges faced by our customers.
- Proven experience in leading LIMS or lab software implementations.
- High energy and a proactive attitude, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work non-routine hours to support customers across various time zones.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact with and present to sophisticated clients.
- A meticulous and organized approach, with a keen attention to detail.
