The BioCreate Program: A catalyst for growth

The BioCreate Program, supported by Ontario Genomics and the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), is designed to boost the growth of biotech companies by providing essential resources, including financial support, business mentorship, and access to critical infrastructure. Over the next 18 months, we are offered opportunities to pitch to investors, aiming to push forward innovative solutions in health, food and agriculture, and cleantech industries.

Recognition for Scispot's mission

Elizabeth Gray, the BioCreate Program Director, shares, "The goal of BioCreate is to help the best Ontario biotech startups grow their businesses not just to make them more successful and create jobs, but also to get their innovative technologies and products to market faster so Ontarians – and the rest of the world – can benefit from them."

We are honored to be among the four biotech innovators, including AuX Labs, Genuine Taste, and mDETECT, excelling among 33 applicants to join 12 startups in health, food, agriculture, and clean technology that entered the BioCreate program last year.
